1. Scope & Rights Granted

This mechanical and performing rights licence covers Internet Radio Services using PRS for Music repertoire, MCPS Commercial Music, and Production Music repertoire under the Internet Radio - Music - Subscription framework:

• The communication to the public of PRS for Music repertoire via online streaming.
• The communication to the public of Production Music Sound Recordings (PMSRs).
• Associated mechanical rights required to render entire radio programmes available to be streamed live or on-demand on our digital platform.
• Temporary caching permissions necessary strictly to facilitate efficient streaming pipelines.

2. Mandatory Broadcasting Restrictions

In compliance with the strict structural regulations of our licence, the platform and all streaming nodes enforce the following parameters:

• Entirety Delivery: Radio programmes must be communicated to the public on the platform in their entirety. Music content cannot be accessed as standalone or unbundled individual tracks.
• No Navigation / Bookmarking: Repertoire tracks must not be bookmarkable or directly searchable by users to mimic an on-demand download platform.
• On-Demand Listen Again Limits: Public access to past broadcast audio strings on-demand is restricted to a maximum window of 30 days from the original transmission time.
• No Permanent Downloads: This framework explicitly excludes the provision of permanent digital file downloads.
