Phonographic Performance Compliance

1. Scope & Rights Granted

This licence grants MCRBee Radio specific, non-exclusive permissions to utilize sound recordings from the PPL collective database:

• Linear Webcasting: Streaming of sound recordings via the internet to players within the United Kingdom for private, domestic use.
• Central Database Dubbing: Permission to re-record and retain up to 20,000 sound recordings on our secure central server database solely to feed the live channel.
• Band 1 Thresholds: Covers non-interactive streaming allocations capped below 150,000 track performances per channel per calendar year.

2. Mandatory Playlist Restrictions

To maintain linear webcasting status and fully comply with the PPL Licensee Guide, our playout engines strictly enforce the following rules:

• Track Rotation Caps:Playout must not broadcast more than 3 songs from the same album (maximum 2 consecutively) or more than 4 songs by the same artist (maximum 3 consecutively) in any 3-hour window.
• No Track Repetitions: The exact same sound recording cannot be repeated within any 1-hour broadcast block.
• No Advance Track Guides: Publishing advance logs, song titles, or album schedules identifying specific future play order is strictly prohibited.
• Synchronous Metadata: Playout streams must display the correct track title, album name, and artist name text details in live time *during* performance delivery, never before.

This licence strictly applies only to audio-only linear streaming and explicitly excludes the following configurations:
