At MCRBee Radio, we love keeping our broadcasts interactive. This guide explains the official guidelines and safe channels for sending song requests, physical gifts, digital shoutouts, and support tips directly to our studio presenters and show hosts.

1. Song Requests & Shoutouts

Want to hear your favorite track or get a dedication on-air? Use our verified interaction spaces:

• The Main Site: Use the direct request module located on our homepage at mcrbee.com.
• Social Hashtags: Use our active show hashtags on social networks to grab the live desk's attention.
• Queue Fairness: Presenters try to play as many requests as possible, but selection depends on current show themes, time limits, and playlist rotations.

2. Tips & Digital Support

Many of our DJs and contributors run independent slots. If you choose to tip or financially support a specific presenter:

• Official Links Only: Only use the certified tipping channels listed on the presenter’s official MCRBee profile.
• Voluntary Contributions: Tips are completely optional, non-refundable, and represent a direct gesture of appreciation for the creator's entertainment value.
• No Guaranteed Content: Sending a tip does not obligate a presenter to bypass station rules, play banned versions of songs, or alter scheduled station blocks.

3. Gifts & Fan Mail Guidelines

To protect the safety of our staff, presenters, and studio premises, any physical deliveries must meet strict standard guidelines:

• Studio Delivery: All physical fan mail, merchandise samples, or promotional music records must be sent strictly to our central management address, never to a presenter's private home.
• Safety Inspections: Management filters, inspects, and opens all packages prior to presenter distribution.
• Banned Items: Unsealed food items, homemade treats, or anonymous packages are discarded immediately upon arrival for security purposes.

4. Interactive Community Code

We maintain a welcoming, professional environment for our listeners and team alike. Any messages, request notes, or communication containing harassment, bullying, abusive language, or spam targeted at our presenters will result in an immediate block from our interactive systems and portal environments.
