Station Rules

These General Competition Terms apply to all contests, giveaways, and promotions broadcast on-air or hosted digitally across MCRBee Radio ("MCRBee", "we", "our", or "us") networks. Individual contests may have specific extra criteria, which will be published alongside the promotional layout.

By entering any station competition, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these regulatory parameters.

1. Eligibility Framework

• Contests are open strictly to UK residents, unless stated otherwise in individual giveaway guidelines.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years old to win cash payouts, holiday bookings, or high-value physical hardware assets.
• Employees, temporary contractors, station presenters, active volunteers, or direct family members linked to MCRBee Radio or the specific prize sponsor are completely barred from entry.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated, scripted, or batch-processed registration strings will be disqualified immediately.

2. Determination of Winners

Winners will be selected via standard operational paths based on contest styles:

• Random Draws: For general opt-in giveaways, an automated system selects entries blindly from verified logs.
• Skill Competitions: For specific quizzes, tasks, or dynamic call-ins, the first correct or complete submission received by the on-air system wins.
• The determination and ruling finalized by MCRBee Radio management is absolute, definitive, and not subject to appeal or negotiation.

3. Prize Allocations

All promotional items are distributed under strict station guidelines:

We hold zero liability for prize defects, event cancellations, or third-party courier shipment losses.

4. Claim Deadlines

Winners will be contacted directly using the telephone or email metrics supplied at the time of entry. If a selected winner fails to respond, provide verification metrics, or confirm shipping details within 28 calendar days, the prize will be forfeited completely, and we reserve the option to redraw or archive the asset.

5. Publicity & Media Rights

By accepting a station prize, winners grant MCRBee Radio a non-exclusive right to utilize their first name, geographic region, and optional audio recordings of the winning call-in moment for standard on-air promotion, website updates, or social media updates without extra compensation.

6 & 7. Privacy & System Safety

All entry records are handled securely according to our active GDPR Policy and are wiped cleanly after 12 months. MCRBee Radio preserves total executive authority to cancel, alter, suspend, or rerun a competition if system glitches, data exploits, or technical broadcast errors compromise fairness.
