This Producer, DJ & Presenter Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms under which individuals may host, produce, contribute to, or broadcast content through MCRBee Radio ("MCRBee", "the Station", "we", "our", or "us").
By registering for a Producer, DJ, Presenter, or Contributor account, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
This Agreement governs the relationship between MCRBee Radio and:
who are actively utilizing the MCRBee Radio platform and broadcasting services.
All Producers, DJs, and Presenters operate as independent contributors unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nothing within this Agreement creates:
between the contributor and MCRBee Radio.
To become a Producer or Presenter you must:
You are responsible for: Maintaining account security, keeping credentials confidential, updating profile fields, and ensuring all content uploaded is accurate and completely lawful.
⚠️ Absolute Account Restrictions:
Where digital airtime slots or broadcasting hour frames are purchased:
MCRBee Radio reserves the right to alter scheduling blocks where necessary for emergency operational reasons.
You retain ownership of any original content you create. However, by broadcasting through MCRBee Radio, you grant the station a non-exclusive licence to:
This production layout remains valid for content previously handled or distributed through our main feeds.
Presenters and Producers must ensure they possess clean legal authority for all media utilized during broadcast rotations (music, clips, interviews, ads, or external podcasts).
Liability Directive:
You agree not to upload copyrighted structures. Any structural fines, third-party distribution claims, or institutional legal actions arising from unauthorized tracks remain the complete and absolute responsibility of the individual contributor leading the broadcast block.
All public broadcasts must align cleanly with target general audience guidelines. The following components are explicitly banned from our systems:
⚠️ MCRBee Radio retains authority to instantly drop or kill feeds breaching these standards.
Presenters are responsible for maintaining safe operational infrastructure:
The station holds zero liability for dropped slots caused by local hardware configurations.
Your backend station dashboard toolkit grants control over playlist meta notes, schedule adjustments, track indices, profile updates, and active listener interaction tools.
You agree to deploy these management systems strictly for authorized station administration.
MCRBee Radio displays presenter details, production handle aliases, imagery, schedule blocks, and biographical copy on the open internet web nodes. You guarantee all content submitted for profile setup is accurate, verified, and free of rights conflicts.
Where on-demand recording arrays are live, MCRBee Radio may archive, replay, and loop recordings for standard promotion. Old or stale logs may continue to exist inside archival directories after a host parts from the station network.
Hosts may only stream paid sponsor reads, ad placements, or financial promos if pre-cleared by station direction, compliant with statutory regulations, and free of conflict with overall station commercial partners.
Producers must never scrape listener connection records, pool interactive database entries, or extract backend telemetry records to feed external analytics grids. All operations must obey UK GDPR frameworks.
Contributors must never act in a manner that pushes the station brand into public disrepute, claim unauthorized executive ranking, or make false proclamations regarding internal systems. High standards of professional etiquette are demanded across all distribution spheres.
MCRBee Radio preserves total executive authority to close portals, dump archive items, freeze subscriptions, and cancel on-air rights without warnings if standard procedures are violated. This incorporates system exploits, tracking compliance failure, copyright breaches, or missing billing targets.
We assume zero liability for lost commercial project revenue, system blackouts, stream dropouts, local data corruption, or grid infrastructure failures. All tools are offered entirely on an "as available" basis.
Terms may update at any point, and ongoing utilization of our systems flags complete consent to active revisions. This legal construct is governed tightly under the laws of England and Wales, with any active disputes defaulting to the jurisdiction of their respective courts.
